Welcome to the Des Moines Yacht Club! We are happy to have you moored on our 100’ dock. Below is some information to help you navigate our facility. There are length and beam restrictions. Please keep safe and enjoy your stay!

No reservations. Availability is first come, first served. Boats with a beam of more than 14′ not allowed. Maximum boat length is 50′. There is a 48-hour time limit. Checkout time is Noon. Rafting is not allowed.
Reciprocal moorage is closed Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekend.

Directions to DMYC via the sea
Enter the breakwater with the pier on your port side. Turn starboard and proceed south along the channel. You will pass the fuel dock, pump out and City Marina on your port side. Proceed past the mooring slips to the very end of the channel. Our reciprocal dock (painted in green) is on your port side as you are facing the launch and club house.
